Dr. Dacey is a comprehensive Ophthalmologist providing medical and surgical treatment for a wide range of eye disorders. She provides experienced, personalized eye care and takes great pride in caring for her patient’s individual needs.She also performs routine eye exams and prescribes glasses to ensure optimal vision and eye health.
Dr. Dacey treats cataracts; glaucoma; diabetic eye disease; dry eyes; dry macular degeneration; vision related problems; and a wide array of other conditions. She offers advanced intraocular lens platforms for cataract surgery as well as microinvasive glaucoma surgery. She performs laser vision correction for nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism.
Dr. Dacey has practiced at McDonald Ophthalmology & Associates in Fountain Hill, Bethlehem, PA. since 2011. Prior to her arrival, she was an active duty physician and ophthalmologist in the United States Air Force for 11 years, where she cared for active duty military, both stateside and in Afghanistan, dependent family members, and military retirees. She also deployed on a mobile ophthalmic mission to Panama to treat the underserved population.
Dr. Dacey dedicates time to teaching medical students and residents from the St. Luke’s University Health Network and operates at the Center for Specialized Surgery.
